What is in the Evening Routine PM Set?

In what order do I use the products?
1) Cleanser; 2) a pea-sized amount of Retinal 0.2% on completely dry skin; 3) 2–3 drops of PDRN Exosome EGF serum; 4) Ceramide+ moisturizer.
How often should I use retinal when I start?
Start retinal 2–3 nights a week for the first 2 weeks, then every other night, and nightly from month 2 if skin stays comfortable. On nights without retinal, use the cleanser, PDRN serum and moisturizer. Wear SPF 30+ every morning.
Why are retinal and PDRN paired?
Retinal smooths the look of lines and texture; PDRN, exosomes and EGF support renewal and comfort, and the ceramide moisturizer protects the barrier.
Is the set suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes. Every step is fragrance-free and built on a ceramide barrier complex.
Can I use it during pregnancy or breastfeeding?
No. The set contains retinal, a retinoid, which should be avoided during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
