-
Derived skin metrics including skin texture, tone, pore visibility, moisture indicators, and similar cosmetic markers generated by our AI analysis model.
3. How We Collect Consumer Health Data
We collect consumer health data only when you voluntarily use our AI Skin Analysis feature and upload photos of your skin. By using this feature, you consent to the collection and processing of your consumer health data as described in this Policy.
We do not collect consumer health data through passive tracking, third-party data brokers, or any means other than your direct upload.

We do not use consumer health data for advertising targeting, identity verification, or any purpose unrelated to providing the AI Skin Analysis feature directly to you.
5. How We Share Consumer Health Data
We share consumer health data only with our AI processing partner, which analyzes uploaded photos and generates analysis results on our behalf. This partner is contractually prohibited from using your data for any independent purpose.
We do not sell consumer health data. We do not share consumer health data with advertising platforms, data brokers, or any third party for purposes other than providing the AI Skin Analysis feature.
6. Data Retention
Consumer health data (uploaded photos and derived skin metrics) is retained only as long as necessary to provide the AI Skin Analysis feature, and in no event longer than 3 years from the date of collection or your last interaction with the feature, whichever comes first.
You may request deletion of your consumer health data at any time as described in Section 7 below.
