RETURN POLICY

Effective Date: June 22, 2026

This Return Policy applies to purchases made on misoora.com by MSR GROUP INC (“Misoora,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). 

1. Standard Returns

Due to the nature of cosmetic and skincare products, we accept returns of unopened, unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. We do not accept returns of opened or used products for hygiene and safety reasons.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@misoora.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrectly shipped product.

2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. We are not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment processor.

3. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at care@misoora.com with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

4. Third-Party Platform Purchases

Returns and refunds for products purchased through Amazon or other third-party platforms are governed by those platforms’ respective policies. Please contact the relevant platform directly for assistance with such orders.
