Subscription Terms

These Subscription Terms govern your participation in the Subscribe & Save subscription program and the Try Before You Buy trial program offered by MSR GROUP INC (“Misoora,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) through misoora.com. These terms are incorporated into and form part of our Terms of Service.

1. Subscribe & Save

We offer a subscription purchase option (“Subscribe & Save”) that allows you to receive recurring shipments of selected products at a discounted price.

1.1 Enrollment and Authorization

By enrolling in Subscribe & Save, you authorize us to charge your payment method automatically at the start of each subscription period on a recurring basis until you cancel. The applicable discount, billing interval, and next billing date are displayed in your account and at checkout.

1.2 Pricing and Discounts

Subscription discounts are applied as described on the Website at the time of enrollment and may be updated from time to time. We will notify you of any changes to your subscription price before they take effect.

1.3 Managing Your Subscription

You may cancel, pause, or modify your subscription at any time through your account settings before the next scheduled billing date. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a paid period.

1.4 Product Availability

Subscriptions are subject to product availability. If a subscribed product becomes unavailable, we will notify you and may substitute, pause, or cancel the affected subscription at our discretion.

1.5 Billing Failures

If a scheduled payment fails, we will attempt to retry the charge. If payment cannot be collected after reasonable attempts, we reserve the right to suspend or cancel your subscription.

2. Try Before You Buy

We offer a “Try Before You Buy” program (“TBYB”) on eligible products as indicated on the Website.

2.1 How It Works

Under TBYB, you pay only the applicable shipping fee at checkout. Your payment method is authorized (but not charged) for the full product price. You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery (“Trial Period”) to evaluate the product.

• If you wish to keep the product, no action is required – your payment method will be automatically charged the full product price on the 15th day after delivery (“Charge Date”).

• If you do not wish to keep the product, you must initiate a return through your account before the end of the Trial Period. Upon initiation, your scheduled charge will be paused and a prepaid return label will be sent to you by email. You must ship the product within 5 business days of initiating the return.

2.2 Return Shipping

The prepaid return label is provided at no cost to you. The shipping fee paid at checkout is non-refundable regardless of whether you keep or return the product. Returns shipped on time but not yet received will not be charged pending confirmation of shipment. If the product is not shipped within 5 business days of initiating the return, the charge will resume and your payment method will be charged in full.

2.3 Condition of Returned Products

Products returned under TBYB must reflect reasonable trial use only. We reserve the right to charge your payment method in full if returned products show signs of excessive, commercial, or non-personal use, or if the product has been substantially emptied or consumed beyond reasonable evaluation.

2.4 Program Integrity

Participation is limited to eligible customers as determined at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to limit the number of TBYB trials per customer or household, to require identity or address verification, and to suspend or permanently exclude from the TBYB program any customer who we reasonably believe has misused the program, including by filing improper return claims, providing false delivery information, or engaging in fraudulent chargebacks. Any unauthorized use of the TBYB program may result in account termination and pursuit of available legal remedies.
