PDRN 2,000 ppm

Short DNA fragments extracted from salmon sperm cells — a biological molecule used in clinical aesthetic treatments for wound healing and tissue regeneration.

What it does for your skin

Activates adenosine A2A receptors to trigger tissue regeneration, VEGF-mediated vascular repair, and collagen synthesis. Used clinically in skin boosters and injectable aesthetic protocols.

Why it matters

Most "PDRN serums" don't disclose concentration. MISOORA doses at 2,000 ppm — the level where receptor activation is meaningful, not decorative.

Exosome 50 ppm

Extracellular vesicles secreted by stem cells — the nano-sized delivery packages that cells use to send repair signals to each other. Same technology used in regenerative medicine.

What it does for your skin

Carries a bioactive payload — growth factor signals, mRNA, lipids — directly into recipient skin cells, instructing them to regenerate, repair, and rebuild.

Why it matters

Exosomes don't just hydrate or smooth. They communicate. This is biological signal delivery — the same mechanism that makes exosome therapy one of the most watched technologies in aesthetic medicine.

EGF 20 ppm

Epidermal Growth Factor — a naturally occurring protein in your skin that tells epidermal cells to divide, renew, and repair.

What it does for your skin

Binds epidermal growth factor receptors (EGFR) to accelerate cell turnover, stimulate collagen synthesis, and speed recovery from damage. Clinically validated in post-procedure protocols.

Why it matters

EGF is the growth factor your skin already uses to renew itself — this is the same molecule, delivered topically at a concentration where it actually reaches the receptor.

Palmitoyl Tripeptide-1

A matrikine peptide that mimics the breakdown products of collagen — the signal that tells fibroblasts more collagen is needed.

What it does for your skin

Stimulates collagen and fibronectin synthesis. Works alongside PDRN and EGF to amplify the structural rebuilding signal.

Why it matters

It completes the regeneration loop — PDRN activates repair, EGF accelerates renewal, Palmitoyl Tripeptide-1 ensures new collagen is actually laid down.

Panthenol 1.5%

Pro-vitamin B5 — a universally researched skin-healing molecule found in skin's natural moisturizing factor.

What it does for your skin

Accelerates wound healing, reduces inflammation, strengthens barrier function — all while the biotech actives are doing structural repair. Keeps the surface calm while the formula works below.

Why it matters

At 1.5%, this isn't a trace amount. Most formulas add panthenol for label appeal; this level actually speeds recovery.

Asiaticoside

An isolated active triterpene — specifically the collagen-stimulating fraction, separated from the full botanical extract.

What it does for your skin

Directly stimulates collagen and fibronectin synthesis. Reduces redness and speeds barrier recovery.

Why it matters

Using Asiaticoside rather than the full botanical extract means the collagen signal is precise and predictable — not diluted across dozens of plant compounds.

MISOORA evening routine. Built to work together

Step 1 — MISOORA Cleanser

Start with a gentle, pH-balanced cleanser. Pat skin until damp — not dripping. Damp skin absorbs actives faster and deeper.

Step 2 — MISOORA Retinal Serum

Evening is when retinal works best — skin repair cycles peak overnight. Apply before PDRN on dry skin.

Step 3 — MISOORA PDRN+EXOSOME+EGF Serum

PDRN (Polydeoxyribonucleotide) is a cellular repair signal that works synergistically with retinal. Apply immediately after retinal, press gently in.

Step 3 — MISOORA Moisturizer

Seal the serum in with your moisturizer. Follow immediately with SPF 30 or higher. The moisturizer locks the NAD+ actives in place and extends their working time through the day.

Our Mission

MISOORA is a K-beauty brand designed around skin longevity. We take biotech actives — NAD+, PDRN, Exosomes, EGF, and Retinaldehyde — and build them into one daily routine, at concentrations we publish openly, at a price that keeps clinic-grade science within reach.

We're not here to help you fight your age. We're here to help your skin stay resilient — on your terms, with science you can actually check.

Why Longevity, Not Anti-Aging

Anti-aging asks your skin to apologize for time. Longevity asks a better question: how do your skin cells keep doing their job as the years add up?

The honest part: no single product does this. Skin longevity is a practice, the way sleep, nutrition, and movement compound over time. That's why MISOORA is a five-piece range meant to be used as one routine — organized around three ideas: Wellness, Recharge, Longevity.

What To Expect

Real change takes consistency, not a single bottle. Here's an honest timeline for using the full routine as directed (individual results vary):

  • Days 1–7 — Comfort. Skin feels cleaner without tightness; the barrier feels calmer. The cleanser and moisturizer do the quiet work.
  • Weeks 2–4 — Glow & smoothness. Most people notice softer texture and a healthier-looking glow as renewal actives settle in.
  • Weeks 4–8 — Firmness & tone. With nightly retinaldehyde and the NAD+/PDRN serums, this is typically when the look of firmness and more even tone becomes visible.
  • Week 12+ — Compounding. Like any longevity practice, the results build the longer you stay consistent.

Where MISOORA Comes From

MISOORA is created at the intersection of Korean formulation science and American expectations. The longevity conversation has mostly lived at the luxury tier. Our wager is that it doesn't have to stay there — so we built the routine natively within the shift, not retrofitted to it.

How It's Made — Standards & Safety

We hold our manufacturing to standards we can prove, not just claim:

  • MoCRA registered under the U.S. Modernization of Cosmetics Regulation Act.
  • FDA product listing for our products, per U.S. cosmetic requirements.
  • Independent third-party testing (Intertek): microbiological testing, heavy-metals testing, and 1,4-dioxane analysis.
  • USP <51> challenge test — antimicrobial effectiveness validated.
  • Documentation on file: COA (Certificate of Analysis) and MSDS, available on request.
  • cruelty-free

Every batch is backed by paper, not promises.

I'm so impressed with this serum!

It has a gorgeous pale pink color and a lightweight texture that melts into the skin in seconds. No sticky feeling at all, and I don't have to wait forever for it to absorb.

The best part is waking up the next morning, 'cause my skin looks refreshed, smooth, and glowing. It honestly feels like the serum works its magic overnight. Every morning I'm happy with how healthy my skin looks. Highly recommend!

The PDRN hype finally made sense

I’ll admit, I totally got influenced by all the PDRN hype and ended up trying a few popular ones, including Medicube and VT. They were nice, but I honestly didn’t notice anything that made me want to repurchase.

I picked up the MISOORA PDRN serum mostly out of curiosity, and this one has been different for me. After a few weeks, my skin just looked healthier. It felt more hydrated, less tired, and I started getting that “your skin looks really good” comment from friends.

Nothing dramatic overnight, but one day I realized my skin just looked smoother and more glowy overall. It’s definitely the first PDRN product that made me understand why everyone talks about PDRN in the first place

Frequently Asked Questions

PDRN stands for polydeoxyribonucleotide — short DNA chains extracted from salmon sperm cells. The molecule is well-researched in clinical medicine for wound healing, tissue regeneration, and anti-inflammatory effects. In cosmetic application, PDRN activates adenosine A2A receptors in skin cells, triggering collagen synthesis, vascular repair signaling, and the production of growth factor signals your skin uses to rebuild. It's the same molecule used in injectable skin boosters and clinical aesthetic treatments — MISOORA delivers it topically at 2,000 ppm.

Three things: concentration, ingredient stack, and formulation transparency. MISOORA doses PDRN at 2,000 ppm and pairs it with Exosomes (50 ppm) and EGF (20 ppm) — the three regenerative actives working as a system, not one ingredient with fillers. We publish exact concentrations for all three. And every MISOORA product shares the same barrier lipid base — so this serum doesn't fight with your moisturizer, it works with it.

Exosomes are nano-sized vesicles secreted by stem cells — the biological packages cells use to send repair signals to each other. In regenerative medicine, exosome therapy is used to deliver growth factor signaling and mRNA to damaged tissue. Topical exosomes at 50 ppm bring the same delivery mechanism to skincare: they carry bioactive cargo into recipient skin cells, instructing them to regenerate and rebuild. It's the most advanced delivery technology in the formula.

They do different things. The NAD+ Firming Serum is a morning energy and firming formula. This serum is a nighttime biological regeneration formula. They are designed to work in sequence — not in competition. NAD+ powers the cellular machinery during the day; PDRN + Exosome + EGF drives repair at night. Together they cover the full 24-hour skin renewal cycle.

Yes — this is exactly what the formula is designed for. After any procedure, skin's repair systems are elevated and receptive. The PDRN, Exosome, and EGF actives in this serum work with those repair processes rather than against them. Apply 24–48 hours post-procedure when acute redness has settled. For the first 2 weeks post-procedure, you can use AM + PM for intensive recovery, then return to PM-only maintenance.

Yes. The formula is fragrance-free and includes calming ingredients — panthenol, allantoin, beta-glucan, and a complete barrier lipid complex. The biological actives (PDRN, Exosomes, EGF) are designed to support the skin's own repair mechanisms, not stress them. One exception: if you have a known hypersensitivity to salmon-derived ingredients, review the full INCI before use.

Retinal accelerates cell turnover — creating a demand for the repair and regeneration signals that PDRN, Exosomes, and EGF deliver. Applying this serum after retinal means the regenerative actives reach an already-primed surface. Retinal also transiently increases skin permeability, which helps the biological actives penetrate more effectively. They're designed to be used in this exact sequence: retinal first, this serum second.
