Shipping costs vary depending on your destination. You can get an exact calculation of the shipping charges by adding items to your cart, proceeding to checkout, and entering your mailing address. The shipping cost will automatically update and display in your total.

We process orders on business days, Monday through Friday (Eastern Standard Time), excluding holidays observed by the Post Office, such as New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

About Late Deliveries
Our shipping partners work hard to ensure that packages arrive on time, but delays can happen due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. Misoora Store cannot be held responsible for delays caused by:
- Incorrect address details (e.g., missing apartment or unit numbers)
- Severe weather conditions
- International customs procedures
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Please allow 2-4 days for the carrier to update the tracking information. If no tracking information is available initially, it means the package has not yet been scanned into the carrier’s system. Once scanned, tracking updates will appear.
Why Did I Receive Only Part of My Order?
If you ordered multiple items, they may be shipped separately to expedite delivery. This means you might receive one item before the others, but rest assured, the remaining items are on their way.

Can Orders Be Delivered to Multiple Addresses?
We currently do not offer shipping to multiple addresses for a single order. If you need items delivered to different addresses, please place separate orders.
Do You Ship to PO Boxes or Military APO/FPO Addresses?
Yes, we ship to PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses.
For APO addresses, orders are shipped via DHL Global Mail and transferred to USPS for final delivery through the military mail system. These shipments may take up to 45 additional days to arrive, and tracking may not be available once the package enters the military mail system for security reasons.
