Refund or Reprint Conditions

We will refund or reprint your order at no additional cost if your item meets one of the following conditions:

  • The product is flawed or defective.
  • Design error: the design differs from the information provided on our website.
  • The product received is not as ordered (e.g., incorrect type or size).

If your item meets any of these conditions, please contact us as soon as you receive it at [email protected] for further assistance.

How to Request a Refund

If you wish to request a refund, please report the issue to us within 14 days of receiving your item. To process your request, send the following information to [email protected]:

  • Your order/invoice ID.
  • For incorrect or damaged items, include a clear photo of the item received.

Once your request is submitted, we will evaluate it and process the refund within 1-3 business days. If approved, the refund will be issued within 2-3 business days.

Returns

In cases where you receive incorrect or defective items, there is no need to return them. We will issue a refund, which should arrive within 2-3 business days after approval.

Cases Not Eligible for Refund, Reprint, or Return

We do not process refunds, reprints, or returns in the following situations:

  • Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g., incorrect shipping address, not being available to receive the delivery, failure to pick up the package).
  • Your order did not arrive due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., customs clearance delays, natural disasters, lost packages that show “delivered” in the tracking system).
  • The item received is as described.

Order Cancellations

Customers have 24 hours after purchase to request a cancellation. Please note that a 10% management, processing, and transaction fee will apply for all cancellations.

After 24 hours, your item will move into production, and we will no longer be able to support cancellations.

Refund Processing Time

  • PayPal Account: Refunds processed within 48 hours.
  • Credit Card Account: Refunds processed within 10-14 business days (dependent on your card-issuing bank).

Exchanges

  • In-stock items: 1-3 business days.
  • Out-of-stock items: 5-7 business days.

Compensation (Points or Coupons)

Compensation in the form of points or coupons will be issued within 1-2 business days.

Repair

If repair is necessary, it will be completed within 7-14 business days.

Exchange Policy

We do not offer exchanges or returns for size issues unless the wrong size was sent by Misoora Store. For other issues, such as printing problems, we are here to assist you. Please contact us first, and we will guide you through the steps. Do not send any items back without our authorization.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please take the following steps:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to officially post.
  3. Contact your bank, as there may be processing delays before the refund is posted.
